Payment:

Individual clients - full payment per session required 5 days in advance by Bank Transfer

Corporate Clients - 21 days from date of invoice

Cancellation Policy - EFL and NLP:

​

Individual clients:

 

• 48 hours cancellation of session and re-arranged - no surcharge

• less than 48 hours notice and re-arranged - up to 25% of fee surcharge

• cancellation at any time and no re-arrangement - 90% of fee surcharge

                                    

Please note 48 hours means up to the appointment time so for example if you have an appointment on say a Wednesday at 11am the 48 hours counts from the 11am on the Monday.  Discretion may be applied by Giselle Lockett Coaching

Corporate clients - as per the contract between Giselle Lockett Coaching and the Corporate Client

Please note that for individual clients cancelling a place on an NLP Open workshop - cancellation  fees will be at the discretion of Giselle Lockett Coaching

Health and Safety:

Health and safety is paramount in all aspects of the services we provide, therefore the following apply:

​

• pre consultation before working with a client and the client working with the herd

• risk assessment as part of client programme

• appropriate clothing for working with equines - eg weather proof jacket/coat and sturdy footwear to be worn by client and practitioner (no sandles or flipflops please)
