NLP Services are ususally indoor based, although walk and talk sessions are possible, as are phone/online sessions

 

Typical services available are:

1:1 Sessions

One hour based sessions and can be extended by agreement.    The first session will be to determine with the client their specific needs, appropriate NLP techniques, and a coaching agreement eg intended outcomes and if possible the approximate number of sessions.  Sessions can take place at a mutually agreed venue and time.  These sessions can be by individual self referral or through a corporate arrangement/contract

Costs: £65 per 60 min session

            Mileage - £0.45 pence per mile plus any parking

Group Introduction to NLP

​

This is a one day workshop aimed at those with none or limited NLP knowledge and experience but who want to learn more.  The workshop covers the basic principles of NLP, core techniques and personal application.   Workshop numbers are kept to a maximum of 12 delegates and include practical and experiential learning activities.  Whilst the workshop is aimed at organisations there is the opportunity for individuals to submit an "expression of interest" to join an  Open Programme: please email gisellelockettcoaching@gmail.com and when sufficient numbers are registered a programme will be provided.
